realme recently unveiled its third and most affordable TWS earphones in India, the realme Buds Q. Priced at ₹1,999 in India the realme Buds Q comes with some amazing features: 10mm Bass Boost Driver, 20-hour play back, 119ms Super Low Latency Mode, intelligent Touch controls and much more.

We have observed many users facing issues about connectivity, sound and touch issues. Here are some common issues and their fixes.

Having trouble with the realme Buds Q earphones connection is not any severe issue. Easily amend the concerns by following the below steps

Q1:Why is the headset connected but there is no sound from one or both buds?

Ans:1. Please make sure your Buds Q are not in a strong interference environment, and are away from microwave ovens and other objects with large electromagnetic interference.

2. Put the phone and Buds Q closer when using, or reconnect.

3. If the above method still does not solve the problem, put the Buds Q back into the box, re-open the cover, press and hold the touch area for 5S. Buds Q are in the pairing state, reconnect the phone to restore the sound.

4. Before using the realme Buds Q make sure you connect it with "realme Link App".

Q2:Why is there no sound in one ear during use?

Ans1. Check whether the Bluetooth switch on the mobile phone is turned off. If it is turned off, please turn it on immediately to restore it.

2. When you use it, please stay away from microwave ovens, and other objects with large electromagnetic interference.

3. Put the phone and Buds Q together to reconnect and try.

4. If the above method still does not solve the problem, put the Buds Q back into the box, re-open the cover, press and hold the touch area for 5S. Buds Q are in the pairing state, reconnect the phone to restore the sound.

5. Download the realme Link App and pair the Buds with it, by connecting the realme Buds Q with realme Link App both buds will start working with ease.

Q3:Why has double-tap or triple-tap become unresponsive/touch-insensitive?

Ans:1. Please wear the earphones correctly according to the instructions,

or replace the appropriate size eartips(S,M,L provided in the box) to ensure that the Buds Q

fits in the ear snugly:

2. Please tap on the correct touch position according to the instructions;

3. Touch with your fingertips, do not tap with your nails;

4. Use the largest possible area of your finger tip, and increase the intensity of the fingertip to successfully trigger touch.
